Just asking cause i was under the impression that it would make everyone at war with eachother, but instead it is just making everyone at war with only me and the rest of the civs in my game go about regular diplomacy and trade. Is there something im doing wrong? Do i need to select both the always war option along with the permanent war/peace option or does it really only put everyone against you?
