Mod not appearing in mod menu
Hey, I'm struggling with this and IGE, neither mod is appearing in the ingame mod menu, but other mods are. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mods, and the game itself. Anybody know how to fix this?

I'm having the same problem with a few different mods from the steam workshop...

Very SAD that this issue has not been addressed for 3 years now. I too have this problem - and it's absolutely horrible. Very bad! This mod is too good and something should be done about this. #WeNeedAnswers

It is steam workshop issue, sometimes it won't load, the solution to this is to open workshop from game and to subscribe then hit subscribe/unsubscribe on any mod and close window via shift+tab.
The other solution is to download mod file manually with the help of Steam Workshop Downloder.

i have the same issue, no added mods just the ones i had.. but after i installed Civ5 and the mods.. the button doesn't appear anymore

try deleting everything in the Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS folder and start the game. I also did cache and ModUserData folders as well but not sure if they are necessary. Started game and it re-downloaded all mods including RAS and everything's good.
