Do NOT download the addon, The addon broke my friends game, we were unable to play multiplayer for days because it would keep disconnect him,and finds out it was just the addon being super buggy and broken.

The game itself manages workshop cache. It's about couple of weeks, you may check by looking up oldest file creation date. It is safe to delete cache dir.

How long are the downloaded addons kept for? a friend of mine used addon share and her storage took a nosedive. Currently looking at the discussions and stuff, but I'm wondering if this problem will go away on its own.

The only way to check that is to disable temporarily Addon Share, or replace it with alternative (like WSDL I referred to in the description).
Search says this error occurs when too many network messages are sent between client and server. And this could be anything:

Sorry to bother, but on my StarWarsRP server my friends keep getting "Overflowed Reliable Buffer" upon joining, Im not sure if this mod has anything to do with it, but im asking because it might be because the game is making them download 300+ addons when they join. I could be wrong.
