I think the mask should go on his face, with the glasses on the mask.

The mask hides all without the mouth. The eyes holes mask work with position eyes and the rope mask follow head and the ears.

I'm sorry, it was actually the basic idea except I can't remove the glasses of medic in the game, the glasses were to be on the mask normaly :).
