As you said, I anticipated it being used in scenarios where you start in space at a low level. I imagine it can be useful for players at higher levels too, if they need to spawn a simple base without other devices.

(Not being sarcastic; I'm actually curious) What purpose did you design this for? Since you can't get an SV until level 7, and you can't get to space without at least an SV, how would you use a level 1 space base? I guess you could teleport to space using an admin station, but what would you do then? Jump out the airlock and build a small base nearby the space station? Is this intended for special scenarios that start you in space?
