The following console commands are no longer called:
- mp_roundtime 60
- mp_timelimit 60
- mp_warmup_end
- mp_maxrounds 300

Fixed lighting in 3D Skybox.

A few changes make it better:
- Visual improvements:
ㅤ - More appropriate materials on some surfaces.
ㅤ - A lighter wall on the terrorists' side of the ramp - now they're easier to see!
ㅤ - More contrasting tarps on the crates - heads are now more noticeable!
ㅤ - Higher quality shadows (from 4096x4096 to 8192x8192) - this increased the map file size!
- New radar image.

Thrown out duplicate images associated with the panorama, which reducing the size of the addon by 30 mb.

Fixed a bug causing the game to crash.

Took away some textures from the mountains (they really don't need them) and reduced the resolution of some other textures to make your disc space feel better.
