Fixed a model issue on French Apartment #2

Updated bundles for 2022 unity

Thank you Flodo & L2 for their object optimization effort of France's custom objects. Also added a Police compact car variant.

Small fixes and other QoL upgrades that bring France in line with recent game updates. See desc for detailed change notes.

Fixed rogue hole volumes that were causing issues.

Hopefully unbroke the map and all the stuff.

And fixed the phone. I swear.

Rebuilt bundle. Hopefully this fixes missing objects errors I can't track down?

Normalized Herstal recoil. On average it recoils the same, but it's much more consistent.

Fixed more sneaky Rubicon iron sights still spawning.

Added two Easter Egg Muskets because might as well.

Fixed various floating/missing objects all over the place
Fixed being unable to take vehicles out of the airport in the Eastern deadzone (how did I never notice that?!?!)
Fixed Rubicon sights spawning instead of magazines (lol)
Fixed some floating zombie spawns over some docks
