A large city map with AI nodes and a navmesh.

I always wanted to make City 17 in my own style, and this map ended up being a mix between HL2 and Alyx.

The map features:
Apartments
Canals
Plenty of passages and cover for firefights
And other miscellaneous things

You can use all the textures from the map in any of your projects, just leave a link to this map, please.
