Description
"Designed to inspire fear, the dragons this helm was based on were less than impressed."

The Dragonborn Helmet is a promotional cosmetic item for the Heavy in Team Fortress 2. It is based on the iron helmet from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim; an iron helmet adorned with a curved-down horn on each side.
