Port DST Polar Bearger Bin with an extra option to allow cooked food.
The details are as follows:
* A portable container with 6 slots.
* Can be opened in inventory or on ground. While it is opened, you can still walk around.
* Stores dishes only. Or cooked and dried food if you enable an option in the config.
* Preserves food at 0.05x perish rate.
* Can be crafted at Ancient Pseudoscience Station.
* Can be crafted using

in Hamlet DLC *enabled*(no matter which DLC you are in) world, or
