Just a mod off the gamemaps. Type in a google search "l4d beta background",that is how i found that addon.

Yea it is pretty loud, but there is nothing i can do about it, i dont have any software that edits .bik files

The download isnt that easy, you have to download it, enter the game, make sure it is loaded, and using any VPK tool extract the files from vpk to Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/medi.

MAKE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR FILES
