Description

This is a simple mod that adds more than 230 bookmarks to the game, covering the time period from the beginning of the 1st century to the 14th century (plus 1453, 1470, 1490). However, some dates are unstable or unplayable. This is not a mod issue, but a game one. This version of the mod contains improved bookmarks and, therefore, slightly changes some vanilla game files, but it should still be compatible with the vast majority of mods besides those that change history files. Also, there's another version that adds starting dates only and compatible with either CK3 mods.

The main idea of the mod is maximum possible compatibility with game files and other mods. For this reason, I will not add an excessive number of features you might see in other bookmark mods. This gives you a smoother and more stable gaming experience.

One of the main features of Bookmarks+ is its extensive repository of ancient characters, dynasties, and titles that don't fit into the standard medieval setting of Crusader Kings 3. The mod focuses on developing dynastic lines, both historical and legendary, reaching deep into the roots of history.

The starting date of 1490 AD is now available, for which many thanks to the author of the original mod!

Are you sure you're not sourcing them from another mod that I don't have?

@Shakazulu, which files actually? I think I haven't changed anything from 14th century but if you find them useful you're free to do

@Yarrak, it works for sure, but you need lastest DLC in order to run it

@SPESS, it's weird because all modded religions display correctly to me

The mod does not work because of the new east asia update pls update

There are, however, others that I can't recall quite specifically, but I think they are generally in the earlier dates. This is a relatively fast-loading mod, so it shouldn't be too hard to check if need be.

The example I recall the most clearly are Old Saxon and Anglo-Saxon rulers in the early start dates. Corresponds consistently to what I'd think would be a Saxon pagan faith. Perhaps an unlisted missing dependency.

@SPESS, can you please clarify which exact rules, so I can rectify this issue?

A lot of rulers have the Akom faith. This is probably caused by typos in the history files or referencing faiths that don't exist in the files.
