M&P15's and Ruger AR-556's are pretty cheap and from what ive seen fromt hem they still work pretty fine-ish, if you really want to put in money for a really high end piece, then just buy Bravo Company or Daniel Defense

It's not an ar15, unfortunately. There's a third pin right above the safety. That allows it to be select fire and puts it in the military category, like m4 and m16. A civilian AR15 would neither have that pin nor would it be capable of full auto.

I've been looking for an actual AR15 model myself, ie civilian without the full-auto pin on top of the safety. It's so... So hard to find a good model to make an add on with. Let me know if you find one because I'm at wit's end at this point.
