Yes, that's 100% achievement. It's a pretty crappy statistic, imo -- most games have tons of "beat the game on SCREAM-FOR-ME-♥♥♥♥♥ difficulty using only melee attacks and with one hand behind your back" achievements that I can't be bothered to do, so they end up being 90% done.
