If you had prestiged, you'll get bumped up.
P1 -> P3 (all 3 perks instantly unlocked in all characters loadouts)
P2 -> P6 (all prestige clothing)
P3 -> P9 (all 3 charms)

The boost caps at P9, even if you're like P3 with all perks, you won't go higher than P9 when the update comes


If you're not P3, you can still get to P9 instantly by the amouth of perks on your character (so you don't have to prestige them and lose everything if you already got a lot of perks on 'em)
