I can't go outside, I can't sit on the couch, bed, pet my dog, water my plants or touch anyone or anything other than certain "clean" items. I take 2 1/2 hour long showers, my skin hurts; especially my bleedy raw hands. I am living in an endless nightmare where you all are constantly spreading dirt everywhere and I'm supposed to ignore it. I can only relax while I'm asleep away from the intrusive thoughts and that's if I'm not having bad dreams. OCD is permanent but can be reduced with meds and therapy which did nada for me so yeah.
