I was having a suicidal crisis, I'm sorry
I just got home from the hospital
How are you
I wrote you a 4 page note in marker in a notebook once they transferred me to the ward
A note to you
I will send it in pictures if you'd like
I had no contact with the outside world whilst inside of there
The note is slightly outdated
Like a few days
It was written without having seen your long message here
But was written after most of the crisis had faded
I was mostly stable
