Never Again Shall the Roleplayer Be Unjustly Persecuted.

NOTE: Violation of these Rights may result in sufficient punishment by the current Kaiser, or Chancellor. These Rights may also be revoked by the Kaiser in times of desperation or extreme harassment (see Right #14)

1. The Fundamental Rights of the Person

1) All Roleplayers Have the Right To Roleplay Without Judgement or Persecution of Others.

No Roleplayer should ever be persecuted for their inability to roleplay, unless it interferes with other roleplay, is deemed racist, sexist, or contains another form or offence towards a group, or is considered an annoyance to other players. General racism is allowed as long as it is within RP.

2) All Roleplayers Have the Right Not to Be Persecuted By the Administrator.

An Administrator who is intentionally physically or verbally assaulting a player without proper reason is deemed abusing and is subjected to rightful judgement by the Kaiser.

3) All Roleplayers Have the Right Not to Be Trolled.

A Roleplayer who has been suffering under the trolling of another player has the right to complain to the present Administrator, if one is present. If the Administrator does nothing to improve the situation, then they are at fault and the Roleplayer can then take the issue up with the Kaiser.

4) All Roleplayers Have the Right To Practice Their Religion Without Persecution.

No Roleplayer should be persecuted for their religion, whether it be Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, or another religion; unless it is found stereotypical or offensive. General persecution of religion is allowed, however, if it is considered within RP.

5) All Roleplayers Have the Right To Plead Their Case to an Administrator.

If a Roleplayer has been wrongfully banned (or otherwise), they always have the right to plead their case to the Kaiser or the Chancellor, and it is their duty to listen and rightfully judge upon the situation.

6) All Roleplayers Have the Right Not to Be Unrightfully Punished.

A Roleplayer who has been deemed unrightfully punished with a slay, kick, or ban (whether it be temporary or permanent) is considered a victim and whichever Administrator punished this person will immediately have their rights revoked.

7) All Roleplayers Have the Right Not to be Persecuted by Other Servers.

A Roleplayer who is being persecuted by other servers by playing on this server is declared a victim. The Kaiser may talk with a person on the other server to discuss a possible end to this.


2. The Fundamental Rights of the Administrator

NOTE: it should be known that the titles of "Chancellor" and "Kaiser" are immediately qualified under the term "Admin," unless otherwise stated. Trial Admins do not enjoy the rights of official Admins, and thus do not qualify under said term.

8) All Administrators Have the Right To Use Their Abilities.

Once the administrator has been fitted the official title of “Admin” by the Kaiser, they gain the power to use their abilities, such as teleportation, banning, etc. Misuse of these abilities, be it at harm to the player or otherwise, is unacceptable and the admin’s rights will be revoked as soon as possible.

9) All Administrators Have the Right Not To Be Subject to Harsh Abuse.

If a player is found verbally insulting the administrator for their abilities, perhaps adopting the use of swearing, then they are considered against the RP. Verbal assault of an administrator is not considered mature or befitting, regardless of the administrator’s current ability to admin. If the administrator is found incapable of leading the current Roleplay, you may take the issue to the Kaiser, who will relay it back to the admin who was originally found incapable.


10) All Roleplayers Have the Right to Sign Up to Be an Administrator.

No person should ever be refused the ability to fill out an admin application, for bias or other reasons. Anyone may fill out an application; but the Kaiser is not at fault if the player does not succeed in becoming an Admin.

11) All Administrators Have the Right To Withdraw Their Position As Administrator Without Punishment or Persecution.

The ability for an admin to quit admin is always available. The admin will never be deprived of their right to leave admin; it is however mandatory that they inform the Kaiser that they are doing so.


3. The Fundamental Rights of the Troll

12) All Trolls Are Subject to Suitable Punishment by the Administrator Present.

If one is found trolling, they are subject to punishment depending on the severity of the trolling, the most severe case being a temporary ban. If the troll comes back and continues his pursuit of trolling, a permanent ban may be suitable. If the administrator is found punishing a troll in an unreasonable level, the troll may have the right to plead their case and the admin’s rights revoked.

In the situation where the admin is not present, the troll's actions will still be treated with the same degree of severity as if there was an admin present.

13) All Harmful Scripters, Hackers, Rogue Admins and Cheat-Mod Users Are Subject to an Instant Permanent Ban Upon Sight.

The administrator always has the right to remove players found with these abilities, as it is deemed in itself a hindrance to RPing and against what the server allows.

4. The Rights of the Kaiser

14) The Kaiser Holds the Right to Retract the Rights of Roleplayers in Crucial/Decisive Moments.

If the Kaiser finds it necessary to break the common Rights of Roleplayers, in pursuit of a greater cause or otherwise, it will be allowed as long as the Kaiser does not abuse this ability.

15) The Player Has the Right Not to be Subjected to Harsh Treatment, Bias or Other Discrimination by the Kaiser.

If the Kaiser is found biased towards a player, their opinion is immediately deemed null and void. The Kaiser can choose to deny making a decision due to impact of bias, and thus will confer the overall decision to an individual deemed unbiased, preferably the Chancellor.

If found to be biased, the Kaiser may be subjected to mandatory trial, if the offended party so wishes it.

16) The Admin Has the Right Not to be Subjected to Harsh Treatment, Bias or Other Discrimination by the Kaiser.

If the Kaiser is found biased towards any argument or opinion, their opinion is deemed null and void. The Kaiser can choose to deny making a decision due to impact of bias, and thus will confer the overall decision to an individual deemed unbiased, preferably the Chancellor.

If found to be biased, the Kaiser may be subjected to mandatory trial, if the offended party so wishes it.

17) The Admin Has the Right to Have their Voice Heard by the Kaiser.

It is the duty of the Kaiser to listen to the voice and opinion of the admin, especially under decision-making. There will never be a situation where the Kaiser refuses to listen to the opinion of the Admin.

If found to be defiant of this case, then the Kaiser may be subjected to mandatory trial, if the offended party so wishes it.

18) The Chancellor Has the Right to Employ the Authority of the Kaiser In the Absence of the current Kaiser.

If a crucial and important issue arises that demands immediate response, the Chancellor has the right to assert authority regularly only allowed to the Kaiser. This will only be allowed if the Kaiser is not immediately available or is otherwise incapable of responding to the issue (for example away on vacation).

These Rights are always subject to change and may be updated by the Kaiser or the Chancellor in random occurrences.
