Help make IG:TO popular!

I'm sure most of you don't even know what game this is in the title that im talking about. Well, to start, it's a hl2 mod which was created some time ago and people seem to have forgotten it. That is why i've created this group so maybe this mod will get the attention which it should get.

The main objective in the game is for Team 1, Rhamos's Army, to successfully capture the 3 points on the map and win. Also note the person commanding the army plays as if it was a rts (real time strategy) This may sound like a simple task, but every round the points are placed in different locations. As the general, you control units such as RIflemen, Grenadiers, Tanks, and also a special unit called Sergeants. This is where the game has a twist. As you may recall, commanding the army has an rts view, but, you can ALSO switch to fps view after clicking on the General or Seargents and therefore have a fps (first person shooter) view. So not only is it rts, but it's a rtsfps. This makes for great strategic fun and requires the general to find hiding spots and create a defense around him, as well as capture the 3 points.

Team 2 however, the Resistance, has the exact opposite goal, defend the control points and kill the Rhamos the General. The Resistance team consists of 9 players, all with different weapon layouts. There are 2 different types of pistols, 2 grenades, and 4 main weapons. Every character also carries a pocket knife and a map, useful to find the capture points. If a point is being captured by some of Rhamos's men, you can kill them and then stand over the point to recapture it slowly. This way it really requires the Resistance to help each other out and use their weapon sets correctly. Without anti tank missiles, the team would lose, and without mounted guns, they can get overwelmed by a large number of troops. Every character has its role in the game.

The reason why i want to repopulate this game is because currently no one seems to know about it, which is where you come in. All I ask is that you try the game out and if you don't like it you don't have to play, but i know there are people who would really enjoy playing this game. The game is currently version 1.33 so first download 1.32 full, then get the 1.33 zip patch and extract to C:/program files/valve/steam/steamapps/sourcemods/irongrip or for some people it may be C:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/sourcemods/irongrip.

I know this mod isn't exactly top quality, but i know it could be good fun with more than 2 people playing at the same time. All it will take is a few people to play at the same time to experience what this mod is really about.
