All Stars Burn as One

It has come to the attention of attempts by the enemies of the People to attack us with suicide hyperdrive equipped ships, loaded with explosives, that were to be rammmed into our planets. Luckily, this was prevented at the worlds they atttempted to target, as all of our planets of some consequence have at least a few interdictors, which served to draw the enemy out of hyperspace before they hit the world, and subsequently destroy them with system defenses. However, we must be on guard against these attempts in the future, and as a result a fortification campaign has been launched by the navy. This aims to have a fleet of 4 Interdictors of a new type, the Interdictor/G-13 at each planet, as well as the addition for fortifications composed of 2 Coruscant-Class fortresses at each planet having more than a population of some 500 million, enough to defend many millions upon millions of worlds of the Republic.

In other news, our campaign against the fascist CIS continues well. The enemy has already seen the loss of most of their southern regions, while the northern areas remain intact against their small scale attacks. The navy has been ordered to rapidly complete the conquest of the remaining regions in the south before repositioning northwards.
