If you are a team substitution you are not garanteed to have a place every week. Furthermore you are still an important, valid asset to the team and have the chance to get moved up as a full time player by the team leaders.


Rule's: Finally the owner can kick any players who don't follow the simple rules.

1: Do not be abussive to other team mates.
2: Respect your team leader.
3: Any unresloved issues contact the owner or manager.
4: If your in the main team tey your best to be present for a match.
