Team Study Results & New Team Instructor (Important)

I have noticed that team members aren't doing their home works properly. I've posted a lot of tutorials from Basic to advanced level videos on CS: GO regarding game mechanics, map awareness, general dest2 map smoke & flashes but nothing seems to work. I've also nominated ChowDhury S@HeB as second strategy caller but He seemed disoriented. Last couple of Match Making was a disaster except one. Most of the members having problem with basic map positioning, map rotation & using smoke & flashed as advantage.

Another thing was, no body is studying their mistake. It is impossible for me to study everyone's mistake & give suggestion. If I study individual members on every match, that will take 5 hours(including me) assuming a match is 60 minute. Remember We are all in this together. I can only study my mistakes &/or suggests/correct others mistake sometime.

If you still don't understand what mistake(s) you've made, You've very little understanding on CS: GO game mechanics. Watch the tutorials I've posted on Discussion section. If you have problem with CS: GO game basic, no matter how good you are in public server, you wont be able to to rank up on Match Making. I've seen people won 250+ games still in Silver ranks.

Few common mistakes I've seen so far:

On CT Side:

1. Not understanding advantageous position on bombsite (Mostly in B).

2. Not using smokes & flashes to counter B site rushes.

3. Not using Flash or smoke on delayed long spawn in A.

4. No calling from mid player(mid awper) to short player. If mid player gets smoked, please informed it to short player that your are smoked. Then the short player can play passively.

5. Smoking mid that blocks mid awpers vision. If you want to smoke to cross B, Learn about the B cross smoke.

6. Mid Awper unable to rotate his position when he gets smoked in mid. Either cover long or Cover B.

7. Failing to boost on A side on long rush.

8. B rotators takes to long to come B & don't understand their position & weapon advantages. You cant kill some1 from short brick to a site with a p90.

10. Players take too long to buy. I've told to use Key binds & provided tutorials. Watch them & use them.

11. Using wrong weapon to do the job. :| You can't kill some1 with P90 from long pit to a site. Watch the videos I've provided on weapon accuracy & their maximum distance & damages.

12. Not synchronizing with other members while re-taking bomb site (Both A & B). Wait for other member when retaking a site. Use your Radar.

On T side.

1. Failing to execute Default positioning long after round starts.

2. Failing to trade frag & stopping CT rush.

3. When bomb is planted, players takes too long to rotate from their default position & uses unsafe route.

4. Horrible after plant positioning & using open covering. You can cover LT from a far back position without showing your body.

5. Not using Flash & smokes to delay CT retake.

6. lack of common sense. Too many player watching same position. If some1 is watching B window, why I have to tell other player to watch tunnel? Or If you have a smoke why I have to tell you to smoke B doors?

7. Not communicating while smoking & flashing. I've seen thing countless time, smoking more then 1 in mid while 1st smoke is still on.

8. You dont have to fighton 1v2 or 1v3. Fall back & call that to your team mate. Like 2/3 on A long or 2/3 B.

Very Important:

Members still struggling to communicate with each other. In game communication is very important.

Few Improvements:

1. Members are properly calling with enemy numbers.

We have made a lot of mistakes. :| I don't want to focus on that. We've made this team with a goal to improve our CS:GO skill. If any1 have different opinion, share it or leave the group. I've told every member to give me suggestion freely. If you've joined this team because you need a team tag, my friend EraoS is not the right group for you. CS:GO is team game &


Our former member De@[T]h>>———>>>[S]pear has taken a leave due to his family reasons. So far we've failed to manage this void. In a recent conversion, I've told him to study our team & help me to fix that. He watched few matches (as he informed me) & gave me few suggestion. One of His solution was to teach members CS:GO basics who are lacking that knowledge. Although I expected all members to study & understand the game mechanics by themselves but It's found on MM that few members have very little interest on doing that.
