vac and game bans are already visible regardless of private profile or not

VAC bans stay visible (red text) for 5 years. After that, it hides but can still be seen using the ?xml=1. If they get another VAC or Game ban, the old VAC ban becomes visible again for another 5 years.

Game bans always stay visible (red text) and never hide like VAC bans do.
