One might say that should be the sole reason of any (type of) intimate relationship.

People get lonely or horny, so I guess they are still valid, but most guys will prefer women in their breeding years, it is a natural instinct that is present in both sexes.

thank goodness men do not have menopause but some might have ED or infertile problem

if there isn't then you dont get/stay together.
