People get lonely or ♥♥♥♥♥, so I guess they are still valid, but most guys will prefer women in their breeding years, it is a natural instinct that is present in both sexes.

thank goodness men do not have menopause but some might have ED or infertile problem

who cares? either there's love or there isn't.

if there isn't then you dont get/stay together.

Their physiology isn't a factor.
