Your 'location' is your billing address that you give to Steam when you buy from the Steam Store and if you're not in that region when you buy it could cause 'problems'. I haven't heard about the 3 month lockout though, but if you got hacked you'd certainly one something like that so they couldn't do much while you spend some time trying to recover your account.
Correct. Going back to your home country and making your previous payment method again will result in the game being unplayable for 90 days.
well the game is in my library and i can download it
idk if i can play it or not yet
also back to my original point do you think this is ban worthy by steam
i did't change regions tho
i found this method where if you put a game in your cart and turn on vpn you can change stores and i just claimed the free game
it didn't ask me to out new region postal info
"Can" lead to but not often.
Be more careful.
True. I think steam is more concerned with other things. Like how the police are worried more about murderer's than shoplifters in a analogy.
And people think i am a AI bot too because of my reviews..lol.
