Ragebait farming?
Im thinking about ragebaiting people on steam to earn steam points and thus generating enough gems to buy a car to live in

Pretend to be a SJW who wants all female charcters to dress like Amish and to look androgynous, so they are not objectified or sexualised. I would do it myself, despite completely opposite views, but I won't lower myself that much. Also pretend you work for Collective Shout, for EZ clown farming.

i watch Letterkenny its ragebat tv and it has Amish people....

does the car have a bathroom.... do you mean mini bus
Most of the top earners come from first commenters in game news where bots post ragebait and counter-response to ragebait, don't tell Valve (they don't care)

I think complaining about the clown emoji is the most effective way to do this without being banned.

You can get banned for ragebaiting? What a chad steam is lmao what?
Be a contrarian, and just be right. When they can't argue. They clown you down. I routinely get jesters on month old posts, because I tend to hit uncomfortably close. In fact they'll carpet bomb me for doing so. They'll review bomb my other posts, my reviews, and my profile.

You want awards make insightful posts, and take the opposite tact when available. You'll either be given awards for adding to the conversation, or awards for tearing down someone's strawman. In either event the posting itself will feel far more rewarding. Then trying to take advantage of idiots.

Really, the reward system as a whole should just be dismantled. As unlikely as Steam is to do that.

All it does is give incentive for garbage posting, whether for reviews, guides or just basic forum posting. It just degrades the value of what used to be a much better communities within Steam. Not to mention being very off putting for casuals that may just be looking for simple help or info.
