I play on a decently powered PC running linux mint with the usual proton hotfix option. The game is dropping a significant amount of frame making it very unpleasant to play. I wasn't able to launch the game from terminal so I don't have any logs to dig on what's wrong. I'll keep poking at it, but if someone has the same issue as me, I'd be interested to know...

That would motivate me starting the full game right from the get go.

I went into the demo blind and when I saw the red bar at the bottom, I assumed it was a gate opening up. When I kept dying to nothing, my first thought was "I should check the instruction manual" except this is a digital game; it doesn't HAVE an instruction manual! So then I double-checked the store page, but there still wasn't any clear description for how to play; I had to decipher what you meant by "flipping" platformer trappings, which wasn't as easy as you might think since the player can't rest on sl...

Really like the vibe so far, but finding it extremely difficult to move the bat around... Is there any way to go straight up or straight down? Is there any way to slow down or stop in mid air? Am I missing something here? Thanks

I'm really baffled on this mechanic. It's already challenging to navigate these obstacles with the unorthodox controls. Having mere seconds to make it work is asking a lot, especially from the very start. I don't get why the bat suddenly dies if it flies for longer than three or four seconds....
