If the game won't launch for you, and/or you experience a similar issue with other games, it's because of the Unreal Engine being incompatible with 10th and 11th gen processors. How long does it take to beat this game?

I literally just hopped into the game, I'm maybe 30 minutes in, and this game LOVES to stutter. I have anti aliasing at TXAA, shadows at the lowest possible, texture and lens flares at medium, SSAO off, SSR on, SSS at low, separate translucency on, LPV off. PC is a 7700X 9070XT, is this just the game or is there something else I should be doing? Any help is greatly appreciated....
