You put in on (Mark I only) and your screen goes red cause brainsmash and death with a synthetic brain and I guess you help combine :P

When you put it on you're screen goes red and the combine no longer attack you but rebels do.

When you put it on, you're considered combine to all NPCs, rebels and stuff will attack you, and you cannot do damage to Combine.

it doesnt. But It kind off does. You're dead but it replaces your brain with a combine one (aka preprogrammed) but you still have full control

Well. I am not very deceivable. You tried. My mind has not been blown, I understand it perfectly. Your brain is replaced by a premade combine one, and you control THAT brain instead.
