Hopefully soon!
Currently the workshop is not functional in CS2 yet, besides a lot of functionality is missing.

Is there a place we can download the map and use -insecure to still get into the map? or is the map completely broken in CS2?

Sorry not yet - and it's broken since CS2 does not have scripting etc atm
