If it's an item, stats!
If it were to be an item and not a cosmetic, and I have no idea why it would be a cosmetic, maybe you could craft it by putting a Bonk and a Spycicle in the crafting slots. And maybe some stats could be:
When drunk:
-25% Movement speed on target
+20% All types resistance
+Lasts for 12 seconds instead of 8
-Takes longer to consume
If you have some ideas, feel free to post below, I would love to see what might have been wrong with my idea.

Thowable object: Coated enemies are slowed for 7 seconds and can extinguish fires.

Or

Consumable: + shots fired slow enemies.
- 10% slower movement speed

Alt fire: Throws the item slowing down the target by 50%, completley freezes the target in place if charged by the kritzkreig or the minicrit system

Ah, yes! But the real question is, what style do you prefer? With a dome lid, or do you slurp the whole thing down without a lid? ;)

how about since its a SUGAR FRENZY it makes you have the fast effect of the crit a cola juat faster (ergo, sugar rush) and it also gives you a brighter screen along with maybe pyrovision

has a chance to "brain freeze" the user, making them turn into a ice sculpture and cannot move while this is happening, i think it would last around, 5-10 secconds.

i like that idea. i think the brainfreeze chance should be like 10-15%
