It doesn't work in multiplayer unless the server has the mod.

i found out why mine didn't work had to reistall the mod TWICE to get it working agian.

Not craftable for some reason

u can get this to work but u have to put it in the bundle packs for both ur server files and ur steam files
to do this go to ur common folder found in your steam folder
click unturned,
click on bundles
click items
then copy the folders makeshift gun, and paste to the gun folder
copy makeshift round and paste into the magazine folder
copy the knife bat and paste into the melee folder
copy the 2 reaming melee weaponsand paste in the weapons folder
paste the radio folder into structures and vola it works

I don't have either of those folders, gun or round. Where would i find them? I'm in the items folder but it's got a bunch of categoried subfolders. I'm on singleplayer BTW.

Allready in game :/

Only the pistol can be craftable. Ammo can't (magazine: 1/0 inside the gun).
