I’ll start: shadows are square in most maps, how do I fix it?

While I have seen this issue on some modded props, I have never encountered a map that does this to all shadows. I’m not sure how to resolve this issue.
Maybe the collision model is poorly made?
i cant see the shadows they are not there, i have my shadow settings on the highest but they dont appear, i dont know how to make the mod work because there are no shadows for me for some reason and i dont know how to turn them on, please help me.

Most issues that aren’t related to the settings I won’t have solutions for as I did not invent the RTT shadow system. Any shadow related issue is most likely an issue with the engine’s RTT shadows, and I won’t have any simple fixes for them, other than to mess around with settings and commands.

Also, if you're referring to the "Force Dynamic Shadows" only following one light, this is how it’s supposed to work.

thank you for the info but its not dynamic shadows i guess its just the engine but thanks
doing an admin cleanup will cause door shadows to become visible, even if they're disabled in settings
only spawned props and npc's have these shadows, why?
When there are multiple lights in one room, the firstperson shadow starts bugging. I recommend testing in a backrooms map.

I'm not sure if this is only for some props or walls but object shadows can go through walls.
Displacements cause the shadows to strech all the way to the limit
this isnt a bug, but at the part in the HL2 campaign where you pick up a can, its pretty dark, but it looks cool asf
no bugs until now, its great
