In every section you'll always see somebody ask for Gmod, read the description, its not gonna happen.

I got it to work with GMod by copying over the files, but there are no doors on the houses, the fences are missing textures, and the mailboxes are very crooked.

I don't have the map making experience to do it. I would if I could.

I could, but I don't have the map files to do so. And the reason I can't just copy them over is because I need to extract them with a third-party program. The problem with that is it ruins the map files (everything is moved slightly). And I'm just too lazy :/

In order to fix the fences:

• Get this ZIP file: http://downloads.thedalokohsclub.com/zip/Suburbia_Fence_Fix_V2.zip (thanks Benjamoose for the link);
  
• Place the "suburbia_houses" folder in <drive letter>\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\models (If you don't have the models folder in materials, create a new one).
