is it possible for it to work with subtitles?
i dont really understand what some of the vox packs are saying

I don't see why not, you just need the sound IDs.

The format for autogenerated sounds is:
TFA_VOX.<model prefix>.<sound id>.<number starting from 1>
Model prefix is model's file name without extension[gist.github.com] (by default)
Sound id is the second argument passed to TFAVOX_GenerateSound[gist.github.com]
