Missing turrets for Escaping Outlands boss fight
Recently attempted to complete the bossfight after a previous failure to do so(a while ago), when entering the boss arena this time, the turrets were missing. Has this been changed, or is my game bugged?

Your game is most likely bugged sadly, you'll have to either reset your save or cheat the turrets in as vehicles which won't be ideal.
