well i even tried to reinstall windows (i had win11 and now win10) the problem is there, i tried to unsub and delete all the files and sub back all other methods as well. i guess we'll just wait for them to fix the issue, also the yprac training map are the older version as well so

This is an issue with Steam Workshop, this issue is affecting many other maps. Nothing we can do.
