Bug: Portable Radio plays music for a brief moment before silencing itself
Cause: Futara's Dragon Engine or Futara's Dragon Race mod
Explanation: The Portable Radio is classified as a Musical Instrument item, and Futara's mod overrides the background music (which the radio sets) when an instrument is equipped
Workaround: Either uninstall Futara's mod or unequip the radio when its interface is open, then select a track to play.

Bug: Weapon ability/element modifier items do not change the ability or element of a valid weapon.
Cause: Supper's Combat Overhaul. While these items only work on procedurally-generated weapons (and can only set the ability/element to one which that weapon can naturally spawn with), some weapons affected by Supper's Combat Overhaul refuse to be modified in this way for some odd reason.
Solution: I plan to investigate this issue some time in the future. This bug can be avoided by not using weapon modifier items or by not using Supper's Combat Overhaul.
