you really had to ask? Daleks are nigh indestructible although typically few in number. They are an arms race that has been developing weapons since their creation, weapons that dont wound but kill instantly. They are immune to all known forms of conventional weaponry and you probably couldnt kill one if you strapped a nuke to it... so OF COURSE the clones could win...

On the other hand, a lightsaber could probably slice one clean in half and they probably wouldnt be able to move fast enough to escape one.

In Doctor Who season 3 episode 5, we see that Daleks can be destroyed by laser weapons (also firing blue lasers), so it comes to reason that the clones, due to their numbers and tanks, could defeat the Daleks; although this question cannot truly be answered without knowing the size of each faction.

Don't know daleks, but the Grand Army have 3,000,000 clone, including clone commandos, Null ARC troopers, ARC, Soldiers, Commanders and so.

I cant really see the federation winning a war against either clones or daleks because they're not really combat oriented...

The guns from doctor who was very very powerfull
Soo it make not soo much sense
Only if armor gives effect of explode on hit with burning laser

Its proven in episodes they can fly and float, So stairs in not a problem. Daleks would win if there were enough. I would say 1 dalek could kill 10-30 clones. Just need to find an ark, use a timelord to bust it open and shabamn. Universe owned.
