What happened?
I used your sanic files...and sanic neither spawns..only when the stars align he does...even then his sprite does not work..

That can happen if you have other chaser bots installed. Sometimes they don't change everything in the copied files and they'll conflict with Sanic. If it's not that, I can check to make sure it's all working on my end.
