Gm_bigcity is in United States obviously, because Bigcity is based on New York City

I think its where City 17 is located, you can hear many combine ambiance sounds like the scanner pass alarm In east washington.

city 17 is located in russia, there are many russian posters and also gm_bigcity is based on new york city before 9/11
