Can I make other animations (i.e. cit_door) show on other models without it?

Animations are tied to specific models, so no. You could try bonemerging the other model onto "this" model but that will probably not work either, as it requires the 2 models to have exact same skeleton/bone names and structure.

you can play animations from different npcs but you need to replace the .ani and the .mdl files of the npc which has them to the npc which doesn't have them

It also might need a similar bone structure.
