Props don't show up when playing a [TF2] animation, how to fix?
when ever i do a taunt that requires a weapon/prop like heavy pulling out his minigun, or solider standing on a rocket and sipping Tea, the props don't show up. please contact me at your earliest convenience.

They are not supposed to, its an animation tool, not taunt tool.

You can use the bone merger tool to attach the weapons to the arms. It works perfectly, I use it for my posters.
