Combine pistol animations

This replaces the "combine_soldier_anims.mdl" with one that has pistol animations, that means combine soldiers will be able to hold them properly, it also means that any NPCs with combine animations (all tacticool, crouching and stuff) will hold pistols properly.

NOTE: I did not create this myself I took it from here: (VJ) Predator SNPC I just separated the combine anims and uploaded

I'm not sure if it works with custom NPC weapons
This won't work with VJ Base NPCs unless the modder codes it to change the animations when the NPC has a pistol (i have that code on my UFE SNPCs if you're interested)
