srry forgot about this comment. 4.5 stars, the only thing id try and change would be to make it where you cannot kill the patients outside BEFORE going into the building

i found a way to keep youre friends alive!You go into the biulding but DO NOT GO THROUGH THE WHITE DOOR wait until the phsycos come out then youre free to go
