tried this mod, some colours were missing, though I am experimenting with other vehicle mods

i did, regular ones work. maybe another of my mods is causing this problem.

Have you also tried that with vanilla hoverbike? Because these are just straight copy paste recolors, all the relevant code is the same

the hoverbikes from this mod completely freeze when they are released in space

I love this mod but I have found that is takes the avali hoverbike from the avali mod, and turns it into a white hoverbike. Besides this, I like it!

I just think it makes more sense if in game they are priced consistently, because they all perform the same.

Well not really, the style of paint effects the cost metallic/matte/pearl etc.

I second the notion to adjust the price of vanilla hoverbikes to make them cost the same. I think it's silly for them to cost different based purely on the paint job. IRL, cars and trucks cost the same, regardless of color!

Also, would you encourage Suphax to add support for these to his One-Handed Vehicle Controllers mod?

Finally, please don't add too many extra colors. Indigo would be nice and maybe Cyan. But too many and Pete's vehicle list will seem too cluttered.

Could you please adjust the pricing and make all of the hoverbikes cost the same amount? Including the vanilla ones.

Or you could even just do it "manually" and just do a hue shift brush and paint over the colored stripes on the boats, only changing their hue, not the rest that you didnt paint on. Aint a big deal, you can learn it in 5 minutes :)

I dont know how it works in whatever you use, but in photoshop you can just use the "Replace Color" tool to literally change blues into reds, or whatever, leaving the majority of other hues untouched.
Replace Color or the Color Shift / Color Values tool, i think that has more fine control similar to the usual hue/saturation tools.

Thats a shame. there's only one boat color and was hoping you could maybe do something about it. anywho, the colours are nice. good mod ^^

Great now I can have the color I like to help fit the person.

I'm not gonna pretend like these recolours are anything more than me opening up the red hoverbike and using the hue/saturation tool 90% of the time, the ships have a much larger range of colours and would be a lot more difficult to make look good while recolouring so I probably won't be doing that, maybe some time in the future.

lua is part of C family.
Btw - any chanses to see recolorized ships aswell?

Ok thank you, what langue is it closest to? Pythone, C++, Ect.

A good way to learn the basics is just kind of jump in and start looking at stuff. find a guide on how to unpack the assets and find something simple to just make a cop of something in the game with minor differences (kind of like I did with the hoverbike) and slowly branch out until you have something brand new.

I dont know any lua, I should probly learn a bit of it at least

I would eventually like to do something to that effect because it would be better than having like 100 different hoverbikes, but I do not currently have the skill to do that.

Could you add like a color whele by any chance when you spawn in the vehical? So that you could spawn in any color. I know this would be a pain, and im just askin, becuse that would be awsome

I was mostly just going for the dye colours in the game but I could certainly add cyan in soon.

The lack of cyan as a color choice saddens me, but it's still neat nonetheless!
