Can't get anything to work without it making it impossible to load even the smallest map. What is the bare minimum I can enable without overloading the system but also without sacrificing the enjoyable features of the addon especially the naval aspects?

Neuro is dead because the creators don't want to make it anymore. The base part one has been re-uploaded by other users and it works fine.

Really wish this set of addons was revived, so far it's the only one on the workshop to have so many different vehicles that relate to warfare. Either this gets revived or something takes its place, because there is definitely a hole in the workshop where this used to be.

R.I.P NeuroTec. It was fun to have the addon for at least one year. It's sad to see this addon die because it's no longer supported.
