So I got the 4 and it applies blood to CW2 viewmodel for me. I guess BGO4 supports CW2 outta box or this addon works with 4 as well.

@LovesickRook due, if you want a good gore mod, check out "Original Dismemberment Mod"

It may not have all the cool "blood on weapon" effects, but it is really customizable and really good on frames.

this mod is great. but i do have one problem with it. the npc's explode too easily. i shot and npc in the head with a Mosin-Nagant and its whole body blew up. could you fix this slight problem please?

Cool, now the Customizaeble Knife has blood effects on ALL the knifes instead of the default one.

Only problem is that the Slicer's Desert Camo and Digital skins over-write the blood.
