how do i make the house float, im very confused.

Huge issue, I popped the balloons one by one and the house started descending, giving the low gravity effect to myself and the props. The issue is that I popped every balloon, dropping the house to the ground but the low gravity effect didn't go away. I reset the map and nothing changed. I closed the server and went to a different map and somehow the low gravity effect followed me there.
